The manuscript consists of 27 paper lists containing 30 magic symbols in total. The “vegvísir” is represented one page. It is supplemented by another unspecified additional symbol and the following note: "Carry this sign with you and you will not get lost in storms or bad weather, even in unfamiliar surroundings."
